At purchase
Every fee itemized in writing. Under California's CARS Act (SB 766, effective October 1, 2026), used vehicles priced $50,000 or less come with a 3-day right to cancel: return the car within 3 days, driven fewer than 400 miles, subject to a restocking fee capped by law.
After delivery
The 30-day / 1,000-mile limited warranty covers major mechanical systems through our partner service network.

No. Every retail sale includes our written 30-day / 1,000-mile limited warranty, stated on the FTC Buyers Guide posted on the vehicle. In California, a dealer sale also carries an implied warranty of merchantability unless a vehicle is explicitly sold as-is — and that's not how we sell.
